Hey, he looks seriously respectable. Must come from doing ministry with 'real' people instead of bumming around with students! I remember the day at college when Julie almost pinched Andrew on the bum by mistake because he and I had the same t-shirts. Don't think that would happen now!
You'll need to do more than that. I suggest you target your compliments at his amazing preaching ability, great dress sense, incredible golf swing and perfect choice of wife.
