Exercise and caffeine

  1. Actually I find that exercise decreases my 'need' for caffeine.

  2. Caffeine is a performance enhancing drug. I certainly find I can exercise longer and harder when I've had caffeine.

  3. Forgot to say that I also agree with Wendy - Exercise increases my energy levels for the rest of the day, so I don't feel the need for caffeine as much during the day.
