That's a clever way of still calling it banana cake. Did you use banana flavouring in the cake itself or the icing?
Neither. I hate imitation banana flavouring. It's just chocolate.
Nice work. I'm not a lover of bananas mashed up in cakes, muffins or bread, but I think I could eat those ones (because I could pick the bananas off the top)
